Thanksgiving Gantt
Planning isn't just for software
Cooking is a hobby of mine, and in 2022 I hosted my parents and siblings and their families. They were all flying in so I owned the entire meal end-to-end. I wanted to go all out for my eight guests (including one vegetarian). Since this was 3-4x my typical thanksgiving dinner size, I wanted to put together a plan to increase my chances of success.
After researching the dishes I wanted to serve (and considering build but landing on buy for pies) I put together a detailed plan for the day.
In the end, dinner was served at 3:37pm!
